Paddy Pimblett has shown off his massive junk food stash as he continues to celebrate his UFC London win.
Pimblett picked up his second win in the UFC by submitting Kazula Vargas earlier this month in the English capital. The Liverpudlian survived an early scare after being hurt with a big shot by Vargas, but eventually forced the Mexican to tap with a rear-naked choke submission.
Known for piling on the pounds after his wins, Pimblett wasted no time in wolfing down an entire pizza whilst answering questions at the post-fight press conference. He lost almost 40lbs to prepare for his recent fight, cutting down to 155lbs after weighing close to 200lbs outside of training camp.
Whilst talking with The Pat McAfee Show last week, Pimblett showed off his post-fight diet that consisted of doughnuts, easter eggs, cheesecake and crisps.
Pimblett admitted that two days after his win he scoffed a massive 10,700 calories in just one day, stating: "I eat so many calories it's unbelievable, on Monday I actually gauged what I ate and I had 10,700 calories. That's without me doing a food challenge, that's just me being a fat b******."
Despite being one of the main attractions of UFC London, Pimblett was only guaranteed a £9,000 purse for his fight. A £9,000 win bonus and £38,000 performance bonus boosted his earnings and Pimblett admitted he doesn't want to fight any top ranked contenders until he wins at least four more fights.
"I still want another few fights first I'm not getting ahead of myself. I know I'm not ready for anyone ranked yet, especially in the lightweight division. I need to win another four fights before even thinking about getting another opponent," he continued.

"Hopefully after this next fight they want to give me a new contract but we'll see. That's the goal, more zeros on that bank balance. I wanna get another two fights in this year, maybe even three times."
Pimblett recognised his drawing power after receiving the biggest cheer from the London crowd than any other fight on the card, stating: "Without being a big-headed tool, I am the star of the show. It’s that simple. Expect me to take over the show. I told you this. This is the ‘Baddy’ show. Swept the O2 right up."
