Paddy Pimblett reveals three stone weight gain in just two weeks after UFC London win

Paddy Pimblett has revealed he has put on three stone since his UFC London victory just two weeks ago. Pimblett cut around 30lbs to weigh in at 155lbs for his bout with Rodrigo Vargas at the 02 Arena, and has since added a further stone to that since his victory - whilst he recovers from his knee injury sustained in training.

The rising UFC star put in a memorable performance when he won his lightweight division UFC London fight within the first round, submitting Rodrigo Vargas with a rear-naked choke, coming off the back of his debut win last year over Luigi Vendramini. His triumph against Vargas came in fine style after he was on the receiving end of a big shot from the Mexican before turning it around to get the submission in the first-round.

Along with his exciting fighting style, Pimblett's personality and charisma has seen him gain millions of UFC fans, becoming a household name after just two fights - with fans clearly in attendance at the 02 Arena to see the Liverpool star.

Outside of the octagon, Pimblett is a beloved online figure - signing with American media outlet Barstool Sports, whilst also having his own YouTube channel. In a recent episode of his vlogs, titled 'Paddy the Fatty is BACK', Pimblett revealed how much he's been eating since the win, and what he weighs currently.

In the video, he says: "We went to Cafe No. 9, the Laffey wrap comes with salt and pepper chicken, bacon, cheese, wrapped, with spicy mayo. And that comes with its own chips, them chips got their own mayo. And we ordered salt and pepper chicken loaded fries, cheesy chips with salt and pepper chicken on them. I also ordered some halloumi fries, ate all of them, and finished their pasta off.

"Got home, had a 240 gram pack of chocolate buttons, that’s like 11,000 calories,” he continued. “Then I had two Wispa Golds, a can of coke, then we went at Nando’s. We had the hummus between us, I had ten BBQ wings to me self, a garlic bread, a rice, a chips, and half a chicken. I got home and had two of those daisy donuts, Joe’s made me loads of red velvet cookies, I had two of them. And obviously I had drinks."

Later in the video, Pimblett steps on the scales which reveals he weighs 202 pounds - 47 more than what he weighed in at UFC London.

Pimblett, who is a self-admitted foodie, ballooned up to almost 200lbs after his win over Vendramini, and stated that he'll put on weight again in between fights. After his win over Vargas, he came to the press conference with a pizza.

And last week, the 27-year-old showed what was in his fridge when he spoke on the Pat McAfee Show. In his kitchen, Pimblett showed off a huge pack of doughnuts, easter eggs, chocolate, cheesecake and crisps.

Pimblett was recently praised after an interview discussing his wage, after it was revealed the fighter's pay pales in comparison to some bigger names. In the interview he said: "I hope I do end up earning as much money as Conor McGregor, lad. Then no child in my city will ever eat from a food bank ever again. I’m gonna give back to my city and sort of been planning on doing the past few months, just to start me own charity. I think after this fight, I’m gonna get it done."
