Paddy McGuiness has sparked concern that he and his wife Christine, 34, have split as it appears he's removed a heart-shaped tattoo he got in tribute to her.
The 48-year-old was spotted in a short clip on Chris Baber's Instagram profile holding up a can but his iconic heart tattoo could not be seen, writes OK! Magazine.
The Top Gear host got the tatt as a tribute to Christine to make up for losing his wedding ring twice since they tied the knot back in 2011.
Christine, who shares three children with the former Take Me Out presenter, has previously poked fun at her husband for repeatedly losing his wedding band but the doting mum insisted she no longer minded because he had the love heart tattoo on his finger instead.

In one post referencing the gaffe, Christine wrote: “My wonderful husband Paddy McGuinness lost his wedding ring… again… on our family holiday about two months ago.
“He still hasn't replaced it but today he is forgiven because he's wearing a T-shirt with my picture on. #Over12years #StillStrong #HeHasItTattooedAnyway!”
However Paddy’s latest appearance without the tattoo has sparked concern among many fans, with many speculating the pair may even have split.
Both Paddy and Christine were contacted for further comment.
Concerns for their relationship were initially raised by fans earlier this month as the couple celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary on June 4th, but made no public post or comment regarding the occasion.
Paddy hasn’t appeared on Christine’s Instagram feed since February, when she shared a promotional photo of the pair as they launched their first podcast, TableTalk, which discussed the realities of parenting a sick or disabled child.
The podcast came hot on the heels of their critically acclaimed BBC documentary Our Family and Autism, where they spoke in detail for the first time about the unique challenges that came with parenting three children diagnosed with the condition.
Paddy, who shares twins Penelope and Leo, eight, and daughter Felicity, six, with Christine, confessed he initially found the diagnosis “hard to come to terms with".
He said: “The early days when we knew nothing about autism were really tough.
“The kids didn't sleep; they'd have meltdowns at loud noises and bright lights and nothing we did helped. We kept the curtains closed and hardly let anyone into the house.”
Opening up about the difficulty of parenting children with the condition, Paddy also went on to reveal that his biggest fear in life is that his children will fail to recognise just how loved and appreciated they are, as they often struggle to process and regulate emotion.
