Paddy McGuinness had a 'belter of a day' as he saw his cousin get married. The Top Gear and Question of Sport presenter looked dapper in his suit and tie as he beamed alongside his cousin Lucy and her new wife.
Paddy, 49, from Bolton, beamed in the snap shared on his Instagram alongside the beautiful brides, who both work for the NHS. He wrote proudly alongside the photo: "My cousin Lucy got married to Gill yesterday. It was an absolute belter of a day! I do love a good wedding, especially the after party!"
He added jokingly: "Luckily these two gorgeous people both work for the NHS so I wasn’t short on paracetamols this morning. Congratulations Mrs & Mrs Taylor-Russel!"

His ex wife Christine shared in his joy by replying with a stream of love heart emojis. And Tina Markham commented: "Stunning brides. Both dresses are beautiful. Congratulations ladies."
Maggiemayrgn replied jokingly with a cheeky emoji: "Beautiful brides, shame about the bloke photobombing in the middle." And Brigette Lee-Rogers remarked: "Three happy shiny people."

Paddy rose to fame with his friend and fellow comedian Peter Kay onThat Peter Kay Thing, Phoenix Nights and Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere. He went on to host the ITV dating show Take Me Out and since 2019 has been one of the three hosts of BBC's Top Gear. In 2021 he became the new host of Question of Sport, replacing long-running host Sue Barker.
Last Wednesday he shared a moving tribute to TV icon Paul O'Grady after he passed away aged 67. He wrote: "So saddened to hear about Paul’s passing.
"Paul let me stand in for him on his chat show over 15 years ago and he’d been supportive, kind and welcoming ever since. To think I’ll never see him in person again is very upsetting.
"In a funny way he always reminded me of my Mum and Auntie with his old school warmth and wit. The world has lost one of the good ones. Rest in peace Paul, you lovely, lovely man. X"
