Paddy McGuinness issues health update as fans spot his 'new nurse'

Paddy McGuinness has issued a health update to his fans as he recovers from a major operation.

The 48-year-old comedian revealed that he underwent knee surgery to repair a torn lateral meniscus, an injury that he had been managing for six months prior to the surgery.

Today he shared that he is now recovering at home with his furry companion by his side.
