Welcome to the 14th day of training camp for the Green Bay Packers. Matt LaFleur’s team is returning to the practice field for the first of two open practices in Green Bay this week — with another coming Wednesday — following the preseason opener in Cleveland last weekend. On Friday, the Packers will be in Denver for a joint practice and then a preseason game on Sunday night.
So, what will Day 14 bring at Ray Nitschke Field?

The Packers will not be in full pads on Tuesday. Wednesday’s practice will be padded, Thursday is a walkthrough and Friday is a joint practice in Denver.
LaFleur said Grant DuBose’s blocking vs. the Browns was “big time.” Blocking in a pre-requisite for receivers in Green Bay. “No block, no rock.”
Injury updates
Rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd will not practice on Tuesday, per LaFleur. He injured his hamstring on Saturday vs. the Browns.
Rookie offensive lineman Jordan Morgan (shoulder) will return to practice on Tuesday, but he’s expected to be limited, per LaFleur.
Rookie offensive lineman Donovan Jennings is back from a knee injury, per Andy Herman.
Rookie linebacker Ty’Ron Hopper is back at practice after dealing with an ankle injury, per Herman.

Zayne Anderson picks off Sean Clifford. Pass went straight to him. Believe that’s now 18 picks for #Packers defense in camp.

Big play from Christian Watson:
Love just hit Watson on a bomb down the middle. Basically a jump ball near the goal line and Watson caught it over Stokes while losing his helmet. Great catch for about 50 yards.

The biggest news of the day? A screen play worked!
Oh my god. A SCREEN PASS THAT WORKED!!!!!
Love hits Musgrave on the TE screen and Kraft takes out two defenders with a block. Nice pickup for the offense.

After making his first four kicks, Alex Hale misses four in a row, and then is good from 44 to finish practice 5-for-9:

Michael Pratt handles No. 2 offense reps to finish practice:
Looks like Michael Pratt is QB2 today, at least for red-zone and end-of-practice drive. Dont know if it’s just experimenting or if related to performance or injury with Clifford, who I believe threw two picks today. Pratt hits Sims for big gain down seam to set up winning FG.
