Tom is still working his way back to 11-on-11 periods after injuring his pectoral muscle this offseason. The same goes for Kraft, who just came off the PUP list on Monday.

Morgan, the team’s first-round pick, is out with a shoulder injury. It’s possible he’ll be back to make his NFL debut next week.

Valentine, who is competing for a starting job at cornerback, is still out with a hamstring injury.

Cooper and Hopper, two rookie linebackers, are both dealing with pre-existing injuries. Cooper has a hip injury, Hopper an ankle injury. Their NFL debuts will also have to wait.

The Packers and Browns are scheduled for a 3:25 p.m. CT kickoff from Cleveland Browns Stadium.
