Packers settle at No. 26 in USA Today power rankings entering Week 10

The Green Bay Packers got a two-spot boost in the USA Today NFL power rankings coming out of Sunday’s 20-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams.

After dropping into the bottom five following a 14-point loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Packers rose from No. 28 to No. 26 entering Week 10.

The Packers — who snapped a four-game losing streak — are sandwiched between the Denver Broncos at No. 25 and the Chicago Bears at No. 27. Matt LaFleur’s team lost by two points to the Broncos but blew out the Bears in Week 1.

Here’s the Packers blurb from Nate Davis:

Nice to see LB Rashan Gary land a four-year, $96 million extension coming off a 2022 season curtailed by a torn ACL.

The Packers now go on the road to play the No. 11 Pittsburgh Steelers, who have been outgained in all eight games this season but are 5-3 overall.

The Rams, who didn’t have Matthew Stafford at Lambeau Field, dropped seven spots from No. 16 to No. 23.

Despite being No. 26 overall, the Packers still play three games against teams below them in the power rankings: Bears (No. 27), Carolina Panthers (No. 30) and New York Giants (No. 31).
