The Green Bay Packers listed seven players with new injuries and 14 total players on the first injury report of Week 15.
The Packers, who host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, did not hold practice on Wednesday and participation reports are an estimation from the team.
The following players were listed with new injuries coming out of Monday night’s loss to the New York Giants:
— RB A.J. Dillon (thumb, did not participate)
— OLB Kingsley Enagbare (toe, limited)
— CB Keisean Nixon (quad, limited)
— WR Jayden Reed (ankle, limited)
— S Darnell Savage (shoulder, did not participate)
— DL T.J. Slaton (quad, limited)
— WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle, did not participate)
It appears Reed, who was evaluated for a concussion, passed the initial testing and is not in protocol. But he’s still on the report with a new ankle injury. Wicks appears to have a more significant ankle injury.
Five players were estimated as “did not participate” on Wednesday: Dillon, Savage, Wicks, receiver Christian Watson and linebacker Quay Walker. Watson and Walker missed Monday night’s loss to the Giants.
The Packers did remove linebacker De’Vondre Campbell, tight end Josiah Deguara, linebacker Rashan Gary and defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt from the injury report coming out of Week 14.
Coach Matt LaFleur speaks with the media later on Wednesday and may add more information on injuries.
The Buccaneers listed eight players on the first injury report. They held a walkthrough on Wednesday and estimated participation, but seven players were estimated as “did not participate,” including receiver Chris Godwin, linebacker Devin White, cornerback Carlton Davis and nose tackle Vita Vea.
