Packers, Cowboys combine to have 4 former Cardinals on their playoff teams

The Arizona Cardinals are not in the postseason but some of their former players are on playoff teams.

The Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys play one another in the wild card round Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Between the two teams, they have four former Cardinals players either on their active roster or injured reserve.

Packers LB De'Vondre Campbell

Campbell played in all 16 games as a starting inside linebacker for the Cardinals in 2020. He has been with the Packers for three seasons.

Packers S Jonathan Owens

Green Bay Packers safety Jonathan Owens (34) puts a hit on Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (1) during their football game Sunday, January 7, 2024, in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Owens, known for being the husband to Simone Biles, the best gymnast in the world, has played for the Packers this season after four with the Houston Texans.

Owens originally entered the league as an undrafted rookie in 2018. He spent that season on injured reserve and then was on the offseason roster in 2019 before getting cut before the season.

Packers S Rudy Ford

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

Ford is currently on injured reserve for Green Bay. He was drafted by the Cardinals in 2017 in the sixth round and spent two seasons playing special teams.

He has played two seasons for Green Bay and played 626 defensive snaps this season. He had 71 tackles and two interceptions in the regular season.

Cowboys OL Billy Price

Michael Chow-Arizona Republic

Price is on injured reserve but is designated to return for Dallas. He was on their practice squad. Price started 11 games at center for the Cardinals in 2022.
