NAGPUR: Vidarbha batters had put their side in such a commanding position that they could only dictate terms to Bihar in the rest of the Cooch Behar Trophy match in Patna. Pacer Pratham Maheshwari (3-44 & 5-29) executed Vidarbha plans by making the rivals dance to his tunes. The pacer grabbed 8 wickets in the match and drove his side to a massive victory by an innings & 356 runs on Day-3 on Monday.
Vidarbha posted a heap of 691 for 5 declared by playing just over 4 sessions. Then, they bundled out Bihar for 177 and 158 in first and second innings respectively and romped home. Pratham's swing bowling with new and the semi-new ball had the rivals in a fix in both the innings.
