Ozzy Osbourne admits he would "rather stay in the US" amid his move back to the UK.
Just three months after announcing he and Sharon were moving, the Black Sabbath star is seemingly second-guessing his homecoming.
The singer, 73, revealed in August earlier this year that he was "fed up" with the crime and violence across the pond and wanted to come 'escape the shootings'.
But now, in a bizarre U-turn, Ozzy says if he 'had his way' he'd 'stay in America'.
"I’m American now," he explained. "To be honest with you, if I had my way, I’d stay in America."
After receiving "a bit of flak from people" on social media, he reiterated: "To be honest with you, I don’t want to go back [to England]. F**k that."
Explaining the move in Consequence's latest cover story on Monday, he said Sharon's controversial exit from The Talk was also to blame for his US departure.
The 70-year-old television personality was ousted from programme after defending Piers Morgan’s criticism of Meghan Markle, with some labelling it "racially insensitive".
"When my wife got called a racist on [The Talk], she is absolutely not a racist," Ozzy explained. "Her friend is Piers Morgan … She didn’t say, 'I agree with him'.
"She just respected his ability to have freedom of speech. That’s all that she said. And she got a lot of flak from that, so we actually had to have f**king armed guards and all that."
During the interview, Sharon also explained their decision behind the big move back to England, saying that Los Angeles isn't the "heaven it used to be" when they first moved 20 years ago.
"In the ’70s, if you loved music, this was the place to be. It’s not that hub anymore. It’s not exciting anymore. It hasn’t gone sideways, it’s gone down," she explained.
Sharon added: "It’s not a fun place to live. It’s dangerous here. Every big city’s got crime, but I don’t feel safe here. Neither does Ozzy."
The conversation comes after Sharon's Gatsby-themed 70th birthday bash at their LA mansion.
Their pregnant daughter Kelly Osbourne showed off her blossoming baby bump as she appeared at the glitzy ceremony earlier last month.
Kelly, 37, looked suitably styled for the event at the Osbourne's home for the event, wearing a purple maxi dress with a black headband and pearl necklace.
Her brother Jack was also photographed heading into the bash, looking suave in a white blazer. Kelly is expecting a boy with boyfriend Sid Wilson, 45.
