Ozzy Osbourne leans against pal for support as he steps out amid Parkinson's battle

Ozzy Osbourne looked frail as he continued to battle his ongoing health issues while out and about in Los Angeles.

The 74-year-old rock icon needed support from a friend, linking arms with his helper as he headed to a fitness class on Thursday.

Ozzy has undergone a number of surgeries in recent years while battling Parkinson's Disease and has even been spotted using a cane in recent months.

The Black Sabbath singer is trying to stay as active as possible and wore a pair of black joggers and trainers as he walked into the sports facility.

He also opted for a plain black T-shirt which he wore with a purple overcoat.

Ozzy pulled his silver hair back into a ponytail and accessorised his look with several gold rings.

The rocker recently opened up about his mobility problems in an interview with SiriusXM and admitted how life had now become "frustrating as f**k".

He said: "It is so f***ing tough because, I mean, I want to be out there. I want to be doing it. The thing is my head is all right, my creativity is OK, my singing OK but I just can’t f***ing walk much now."

Ozzy added: "I can’t begin to tell you how f***ing frustrating life has become.

"It is amazing how you go along in life and one stupid thing can screw everything up for a long time. I have never been ill this long in my life."

He added: "That surgeon told me if I didn’t have the surgery there would be a good chance I would be paralyzed from the neck down.

"When I was a downbeat drunken drug addict I would not be out this long. It is just as frustrating as f**k."

In addition to his Parkinson's diagnosis, Ozzy has struggled with his health following a severe fall at his home in 2019 which required several neck and back surgeries.

Before that, he damaged his neck in a quad bike accident in 2003.

His 2019 fall triggered previous nerve damage from his quad bike accident, where he fractured eight ribs and a vertebra in his neck.

He underwent spinal surgery which left him with 15 screws in his back, and nerve pain in his neck, back, shoulders and arms.
