The Oscars snack box handed to nominees, plus-ones, and seat-fillers has caused a stir online after a video leak revealed its surprisingly minimal contents. The box, quickly dubbed the 'Ozempic Oscars' by social media users, included popcorn, raisins, a can of water, and a napkin.
The unboxing video, filmed inside the ceremony by a guest, shows the small snack box and a handwritten note from host Conan O'Brien. The note claims the snacks would cost around $85 (£63.90) at a movie theatre, a claim that has sparked widespread discussion over the Academy Awards' gifting practices.
