The owners of four luxury flats in London overlooked by the Tate Modern have won a Supreme Court privacy battle over the museum's viewing platform.
Residents of the Neo Bankside development on the capital's South Bank took legal action over the "hundreds of thousands of visitors" who had been looking into their homes.
They applied for an injunction to stop what they said was a "relentless" invasion of their privacy by requiring the museum to prevent the public looking into the flats by "cordoning off" parts of the platform.
