Owen Warner's brother Louie has defended his brother and insisted that he's "not stupid".
Fans have taken to social media to share their amusement over some of the bizarre things that Owen has said and done since entering the jungle.
In the first episode when he was introduced to Scarlette he thought that she lived in a place in the sun, not that she presented the TV programme.
He didn't realise that Mike Tindall was part of the royal family, or who pop icon Boy George was.
Speaking about his brother on Lorraine this morning, Louie - who fans branded Owen's "hot brother" - said that his brain just worked a little differently.
"He does have his ditsy moments but he’s not stupid at all. He’s actually really switched on. But his brain just works in a different way," Louie insisted.
"So he might come across as oh you might think 'that's a bit stupid', but when you think about it you think to be fair that makes a bit of sense actually."
Although pal Jake Quickenden was quick to reveal that Louie had said that his brother was "confused" why Wales was so hot.
"He still thinks he's in Wales, that's what he said this morning, I was creasing. Why did it take him so long to get to Wales?" Jake laughed.
Louie laughed and added: "He's like, 'we could have just driven there, I don't know why I've gone to Singapore first'."
Even Lorraine struggled to hide her amusement as the boys burst out laughing.
Louie's TV appearance came after fans accused Chris Moyles of bullying Owen.
Chris, who is the breakfast show host on RadioX, managed to convince Owen that he was a three-times British champion dancer.
"Watched #ImACeleb and can't understand why Chris Moyles is being allowed to get away with bullying Owen," one wrote.
"We all knew a d*** at school that acted the way Chris Moyles acts towards Owen. Cheap laughs at an easy target," a second added.
And a third echoed: "Chris taking p*** out of Owen says so much more about Chris than it does about Owen."
Louie recently shared a snap of him and his brother posing together on his Instagram.
He added the sweet caption: "Old one but we don’t have many photos together.
"Always said you’re one of the funniest people I know bro but you’ve outdone yourself this time.
"Keep doing us proud, and keep making the nation smile, it’s all a bit of fun at the end of the day and I’m glad you’re making the most of it," he added.
Owen, 23, confessed that he had been saying the word "jetlag" wrong his whole life, thinking it was "jetlack".
Louis, who is a model and proudly promotes a vegan lifestyle, was branded as Owen's "hot brother" by fans.
His Instagram is bursting with topless photos of the model in a variety of poses.
