Over-65s urged to get Covid booster vaccines as hospital cases rise

The NHS is urging senior citizens to get their Covid-19 booster jabs and bolster their protection against the virus amid rising hospital admissions due to a new Covid variant.

People aged 65 or over can book a slot for getting a booster vaccine on the NHS website, or by calling 119.
