Over 4000 spectators expected as exuberant Atholl Gathering returns after three-year break

Highland Games

A weekend that celebrates Scottish history and heritage with pomp, pageantry and sporting prowess will return to the stunning backdrop of Blair Castle and Highland Perthshire this month.

Thousands of people are expected to attend the Atholl Highlanders Parade and the exuberant and ever-popular Atholl Gathering over May 28-29.

Organised by Blair Castle and Atholl Estates the traditional celebration returns after a three-year break due to COVID with a line-up of strong men, pipers and dancers competing for glory in the traditional Highland Games.
