Outlander Showrunner Maril Davis drops intriguing 'heard on set' clue as fans wonder which character it might be referring to

Outlander Showrunner Maril Davis has taken to Twitter to reveal a line she overheard during the filming of the upcoming season 7. The executive producer regularly drops the hints online under the #HeardOnSet hashtags.

However, this particular line has had fans guessing who it could be referring to. The show is currently filming across different locations in Scotland as it prepares for what will be a bumper new season, with no less than 16 new episodes to be put together and a raft of new characters to introduce including the now adult version of Jamie's secret son William Ransom and a pair of siblings known as the Hunters.

As an executive producer for the show, Maril is often on set and tweets regularly from her Twitter account (@TallShipProds) with one of her favourite topics being her 'Heard on Set' posts.
