Outlander's Sam Heughan has been snapped in Glasgow's west end with the actor taking to social media to keep his followers up-to-date with his trip home.
Taking to Instagram, the 42-year-old uploaded a picture of him standing on a cobbled backstreet with the white and black walls of the iconic Ashton Lane behind him.
He later uploaded to his Instagram stories showing him and a group of people in Glasgow's Stravaigin, located on Gibson Street by the Kelvinbridge station.

All smiles, the Outlander actor can be seen at the award-winning Scottish restaurant holding up a bottle of whisky from drinks firm Sassenach Spirits, which he owns, and is inspired by the hit TV series, Outlander.
The Sassenach is the first whisky launched by Heughan which, according to the official website, is inspired by the picturesque Highland landscapes.
Stravaigin posted about the visit of the film and TV star and Sam then shared this to his own profile.
