The outgoing Canberra Institute of Technology chief executive has discontinued legal action against her previous employer, TAFE NSW.
Margot McNeill resigned from her CIT position last month after a Legislative Assembly privileges committee recommended she be investigated for breaching public service standards after her "overly litigious and combative approach" to a separate inquiry.
She was paid a settlement of $445,000 after her resignation. She began the executive role in June 2025 and had been on leave since June 2026.
