Out of the Park Baseball 27 is set to launch worldwide on March 13, adding another entry to the long running baseball simulation. Players will be able to step into the World Baseball Classic with authentic federations, real participants and accurate schedules included.
Pre-orders for PC and Mac are up now at $44.99 through the official website. Going that route comes with a 10 percent discount and access to the beta starting March 10. Those who buy in early will also pick up a bonus Gold Pack, Diamond Pack and Perfect Icon Choice Pack for Perfect Team. Anyone waiting for Steam can add it to their wishlist and still grab the same limited time deal during release week. The team mentions it’s still awaiting approvals, but the page should be up on Steam in a few days.
The game features full licensing with Major League Baseball, MLB Players, Inc. and a range of international leagues including the KBO, Honkbal Hoofdklasse and the British Baseball Federation, all working together to represent the modern game while honoring baseball’s worldwide history.
