Ousmane Dembele and the four other players tipped to join Chelsea as part of Todd Boehly revamp

With ownership issues firmly behind them, Chelsea can firmly focus on the transfer window.

Thomas Tuchel will be keen to strengthen his squad in order to close the gap to Manchester City and Liverpool next season. The Blues boss will see defence as the priority following Antonio Rudiger's switch to Real Madrid and Andreas Christensen’s impending departure to Barcelona.

Central midfield will also be an area of concern with N’Golo Kante and Jorginho both in the last year of their respective deals. There are also question marks over their attack with the likes of Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic and Romelu Lukaku struggling for form and consistency.

As such a whole host of players have been linked with moves to Chelsea this summer and we have taken a look at the latest odds on SkyBet to see who the Blues have been tipped to sign.

Ousmane Dembele - 4/9

The Frenchman is available on a free transfer with his contract with Barcelona set to expire at the end of the month. Dembele’s five seasons at the Nou Camp have been largely blighted by injury.

However, in the previous campaign, he notched an impressive 13 assists in 32 appearances. Tuchel worked with Dembele whilst he was Borussia Dortmund boss and is believed to still rate him highly.

Wages are reportedly a stumbling block with the 25-year-old winger reportedly wanting upwards of £200,000 a week to put pen to paper.

Declan Rice - 5/1

Over the last two seasons, Rice has emerged as one of the best young midfielders around. Shining for West Ham domestically as well as one the European stage.

Rice is also one of the first names on the team sheet for England and at 23 could be a stalwart of the Blues’ midfield for many years to come. However, the Hammers star is under contract at the London Stadium until the summer of 2024 and the club have the option of an additional year.

Only a bid upwards of £100million would be likely to entice the east London club to sell this summer.

Gabriel Jesus 6/1

With speculation linking Lukaku with a potential move back to Inter Milan, Gabriel Jesus has been mooted as a potential replacement. The Manchester City forward is out of contract next summer and is likely to find opportunities hard to come by next season following the arrival of Erling Haaland.

Jesus scored 13 goals and notched 12 assists for City in all competitions last term and can play anywhere across the frontline. The Brazil international has also been linked with moves to Real Madrid and London rivals Arsenal.

City will demand around £55million for his signature according to ESPN.

Neymar 7/1

With the likes of Timo Werner and Pulisic linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge, Neymar has been touted as a potential replacement. The Brazilian is rumoured to be on his way out of Paris-Saint Germain after Kylian Mbappe signed a very lucrative three year deal with the club.

The Ligue 1 champions reportedly want to move in a new direction in terms of transfers; targeting young, ambitious French players. A mould that Neymar doesn’t fit, however, Chelsea are rumoured to have a long-standing interest in the Brazilian.

Tuchel also worked with him when he was PSG boss, but his reported €35million-a-year salary (£29.8m) could prove to be a sticking point.

Richarlison - 6/1

The Brazilian forward is expected to leave Everton this summer for a club that’s capable of challenging for silverware. Richarlison played a pivotal role in keeping the Toffees in the Premier League last season with 10 goals in 30 appearances.

Chelsea are set for a revamp in forward areas given the lacklustre form of some of their attackers and are one of a number of clubs linked with the 25-year-old. Richarlison can play on the left and upfront, offering competition and cover in those areas.

However, according to Football Insider, Everton will demand around £50million for his signature.
