People living in a neighbourhood in south Manchester have described their area as a "drunken, drugged up conurbation" that is "not fit for humans" because of its constant party atmosphere.
Residents of the Fallowfield Brow district are scared of going out at night and say they cannot sleep properly due to the "giant noise fest" caused by young people in the neighbourhood.
Churchgoers even have reported finding broken glass, vomit and litter on Sunday mornings, according to the Manchester Evening News.
