VADODARA: Having enjoyed sensational form in 2024 across both the white-ball formats, prolific opener Smriti Mandhana will look to sign off from this year in style when India take on West Indies in the third match of the Women’s ODI series at the Kotambi Stadium here on Friday, which is a dead rubber, with the hosts having already clinched the series 2-0.
The dead rubber offers Mandhana, who in the last match overtook South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt as the highest run-scorer in women's ODIs in 2024 while notching up her sixth consecutive 50-plus score, has totalled as many as 643 runs -her best in a calendar year, and would look to swell that tally to 700.
