How much does shipping cost from Otty?
Otty offers free standard delivery on all orders made on its website. If you want premium delivery where your mattress is delivered to a room of your choice, it will cost you £10. Other premium delivery options are also available and start from £10. Otty only has weekday delivery and won’t deliver on weekends.
Does my Otty order come with a warranty?
Yes, all Otty mattresses are offered with a 10-year premium warranty to protect you against defects or manufacturer faults, with other items such as pillows, mattress toppers, covers and protectors, bed frames and more covered by 12-month warranties instead. What is the Otty returns policy?
If you’re unsatisfied with your Otty order, you can return it within 100 day sof receiving it, thanks to the Otty 100-night sleep trial. This is only available on mattresses. If you’ve bought a pillow, topper or other sleep accessory, you can retunr it within 14 days and for furniture, you have 30 days to return your order.

Looking to save money on your Otty order? Then shop the sales! Otty runs sales throughout the year with its biggest promotions available on big sales seasons, like Black Friday, Boxing Day and Easter.
The type of deals you can expect to see include up to 50% off select mattresses and bundle deals where you can save money on a sleep accessory if you buy it with a mattress.
Refer a friend
Refer a friend with the Otty Referral Program. When you refer a friend and they pass the 100-night trial on their mattress, you’ll receive a £25 Amazon voucher as a thank you.
Get a student discount
If you’re a student and need a new sleep set-up for your dorm, Otty has a student discount for you! When you verify yourself as a student with Student Beans, Otty will award you with an exclusive discount code to get 7% off your order.
Get Blue Light discounts
If you're a member of the NHS with a Blue Light card, keep an eye out for Otty's Blue Light discounts, which are updated regularly and offer exclusive savings you won't find anywhere else. Note that you'll need to spend at least £400 on your order to be able to redeem any active Blue Light deals.

How to use Otty coupons
- Find an Otty coupon you want to use and click 'Get Code' to reveal it in a new tab.
- Copy your code to your clipboard, then head back to your old tab to reach the Otty website.
- Do your shopping, adding everything to your basket as you go, then head to the checkout page when you're ready to order.
- At the checkout, you’ll see a box on the right side of the page that says ‘Discount Code’. This should be underneath your order summary.
- Enter or paste the code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
- If your code is valid, the page will refresh and the coupon will be added to your total.

What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
We take the utmost care to verify every code before it’s uploaded, and include as much relevant information as we can find to make using our codes as straightforward as possible. However, sometimes codes expire or are amended before we’re able to refresh our pages, and codes may not work as intended.
Should you experience any issues, it’s always best to start by checking the terms & conditions on the page. Click “View terms and conditions” and the code area will expand. You’ll see all applicable criteria listed in this area. For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
