The Ospreys will call on the services of 15 of their Welsh internationals as they look to clinch a spot in next seasons' European Champions Cup.
They welcome the Bulls to the Swansea.com stadium late on Friday night (8:10pm kick off) knowing that a bonus point victory would see them win the Welsh shield and, more pertinently, dine at European rugby's top table next season.
Toby Booth's side are locked in a tussle with the Scarlets, who face the Stormers on Saturday night, to be the top Welsh region this season. The Ospreys only have to match their rivals' result and they will go into the Champions Cup having won more games than the Llanelli-based region this season.

Given the significance of the match, it is no surprise to see the Ospreys go all guns blazing, with George North, Owen Watkin, Gareth Anscombe and Rhys Webb forming an all-international three-quarter line. Keelan Giles, who has been in scintillating form, is joined in the back three by the pacey Luke Morgan and experienced Michael Collins at full-back.
There is an all-Wales front five, too, with Adam Beard and Alun Wyn Jones packing down behind Gareth Thomas, Dewi Lake and Tomas Francis. Jac Morgan will be out to prove a point after being left out of Wayne Pivac's squad to tour South Africa this summer, with Will Griffiths and Morgan Morris accompanying him in the back row.
Booth has plenty of firepower coming off the bench, too, with internationals Sam Parry, Nicky Smith, Bradley Davies, Dan Lydiate and Stephen Myler all waiting in the wings.
Looking ahead to the fixture, the Ospreys boss said: "The Bulls are very physical, very strong up front, a very collision and field position based side. They have a good kicking game and if you let their back three have it on their terms, in broken field, they are going to hurt you.
“We saw that against the Stormers, from our own personal experience, so we are expecting the same.
“The good thing for us is that we are at home, with a crowd, we haven’t had to travel and this is on our terms, in that respect.
“It is going to be a massive arm wrestle and a massive challenge, but one we are really looking forward to.”
