Celtic defender Osaze Urhoghide has revealed he'd be "very happy" to stay at Oostende next season.
The 21-year-old moved to the Belgian side late in the January transfer window on a loan until the end of the season.
He struggled for game-time under Ange Postecoglou after being signed from Sheffield Wednesday last summer, appearing only once in a Europa League dead rubber against Real Betis.
Oostende have an option to buy this summer and Urhoghide confessed he'd be content to make the move to the continent, although refused to close the door on a return to Celtic.
He told Oostende's official website: "I will be very happy if I still play at Oostende next season. I'm having a great time here, but I also felt great in Celtic!
"I now have to try to prove myself, so that KV Oostende will certainly consider the purchase option. And then we'll see what happens."
Meanwhile, Celtic are set to open contract talks with Karamoko Dembele before the end of the season.
The 19-year-old winger has entered the final months of his contract and manager Postecoglou expects to sit down with him to discuss what's next in the near future.
He said: "With all those things, it's two ways. That'll depend on Karamoko himself and where he sees his future.
"We'll sit down at the appropriate time for him and map out what's best for him; what he thinks is best for him, and we'll come to a decision."
