House-hunters will take it or leaf it, but an ordinary-looking new property has hit the market with a wacky flower theme hidden inside.
The two-bedroom garden flat is for sale at £550,000 and offers new meaning to the phrase 'green living'.
From the roadside, there is nothing that makes it stand out from the other terraced homes in the street in trendy Hackney, north London.
But inside, all the rooms are covered in botanical wallpaper and furnishings.
The lounge has green fern leaves on the walls and also on the sofa and armchair, plus flowers on the wall and lampshade. One of the bedrooms has been decorated with bright pink floral wallpaper with a matching chair and cushions on the bed.
Even the bathroom doesn't escape the theme and there are fresh, cut flowers in the kitchen.
Ironically the place with the fewest flowers is the walled garden of the pad.
The apartment is on the market with Chestertons estate agents, but the Rightmove listing makes no mention of the floral theme.
It reads: "Tucked away on this quiet street is this stunning two bedroom garden flat, which truly has to be seen to be believed.
"On entering the property through your own private entrance, you are welcomed into a wonderfully bright open plan kitchen and living.
"Which leads directly onto the private garden, offering the perfect space for entertaining.
"Every inch of this property has been meticulously renovated by the current owner, bringing together modern design with vintage charm.
"From the bespoke House of Hackney wallpaper, brass countertops in the kitchen, and hand cut tiles in the bathroom, the property is immaculately presented throughout and offers the perfect first home.
"The master bedroom is well proportioned and offers a wealth of storage, including a generous basement area.
"The second bedroom, overlooking the peaceful garden, is perfect as a home study or guest room."
