Opposition demands full probe into Baramati plane crash that killed Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar

Ajit Pawar, 66, was among five people killed when a Learjet 46 aircraft crash-landed near Baramati airport in Pune district on Wednesday morning. The aircraft, operated by Delhi-based VSR Ventures, had five people on board, including crew members, according to the DGCA.

Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh expressed his condolences and emphasized the need for clarity on the circumstances of the crash. “Several questions need to be answered, including visibility conditions, landing protocols, and aircraft maintenance,” Singh said.
