Look at the footage of a Bridgerton actress, Genevieve Chenneour, defending herself after a phone thief, Zacariah Boulares, tried to snatch her mobile. This kind of brazen crime is increasingly common in our city. Even more shockingly, Boulares has been convicted 12 times and two years ago threatened to behead TV star Aled Jones when he stole his £17,000 Rolex. We don’t have to put up with this. Things can be better.
