The news this morning that BrewDog co-founder James Watt is launching a reality TV show is not at all surprising. It wouldn’t be interesting either were it not hitting screens with the promise of the largest cash prize in UK television history: £2 million.
It's called House of Unicorns and the topic is entrepreneurship. He’s been talking about it a lot lately, suggesting the UK is “work shy” in a now deleted Instagram post. His comments about “work-life balance” — that is to say, people who rail against it simply do not like their line of work — sparked a heavy backlash. Watt said being called a “gay Scottish bald-headed c***” was vitriol too far.
