OPINION - Heathrow's third runway is proof: Labour are now making worse climate decisions than the Tories

This is the year for the new Labour government to make some big and lasting climate decisions. But 2025 is a test that, still in January, ministers are failing.

Today we have seen the Chancellor signal approval for a new runway at Heathrow, alongside expansion at Gatwick and Luton. These are some of the biggest and worst climate decisions I have seen from any government in recent years, including the last one.
