Operation Transformation viewers have labelled one contestant as ‘the most grateful participant ever’ after tonight’s show.
Katie Jones, who shares a son Joshua with her partner Michael, is a retail assistant from Swords, Co Dublin.
The 24-year-old has come a long way so far with the show, after breaking the hearts of many viewers at the beginning of her journey when she said she “hates” herself.
Since giving birth to her son, she has struggled with high blood pressure, but in tonight’s episode, it was confirmed that Katie had brought it back to normal with her exercise and healthy eating plan.
Not only that, but the Swords woman couldn’t hide her smile when she discovered she had dropped over 4 pounds this week as she makes strides of improvement.
Viewers were delighted for the young mum and have been praising her online this evening.
One fan of the show took to Twitter and said: “Katie is probably the most grateful participant ever on this show... it’s just fabulous to see her so happy.”
Another wrote: “Katie you are wonderful. Love watching you blossom. You are doing your little man so proud.”
A third said: “It’s such a pleasure watching Katie progress, she’s such a wonderful person.”
Meanwhile, viewers were also praising her newly organised fridge in tonight's show, with one person writing: “Katie you are doing amazing and so jealous of that fridge. Well done girl.”
