The last product I expected to see launched by a pizza oven brand was a stand mixer, but I’m so happy Ooni decided to make one.

Ooni debuted its first ever stand mixer in April 2025, the Halo Pro Spiral Stand Mixer, that claims to make the perfect pizza dough. It has a slightly different concept to that of a regular stand mixer, and its design, accessories and way of moving is to encourage gluten development and aeration in the dough to make better pizzas.
