The collection launched exclusively to newsletter members yesterday in a 24-hour pre-sale, officially going live today (July 7), starring four must-have Oodie essentials, including their oversized hoodie blankets for adults and children, sleep tees that were made for sleepovers, and a Barbie™ monogrammed weighted blanket.
The hot pink Oodie features the word ‘Barbie’ written across the garment, with the light pink Barbie™ head silhouette throughout, while the cooling sleep tee sees the popular Mattel doll’s name written across the chest.
Oodies skyrocketed in popularity amid the cost of living and energy crisis, alongside brands like Kuddl.y and Dreamscene , but have remained a firm favourite among shoppers, with more than three million fans across the globe. Oodie weighted blankets are made from an ultra-soft, ultra-snug Minky plush fabric, which is known to retain heat to keep you warmer, for longer . Eco-friendly glass beads are sewn into separate blanket pockets to disperse weight evenly over your body.
Suitable for children over the age of three, the blankets come in three different weights, 4.5kg, 6.8kg and 9kg. Shoppers should select a blanket that is approximately equivalent to 10 per cent of their body weight in order for it to be the most effective.
