OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinksy dies aged 43 after battle with cancer

The billionare owner of OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, has died aged 43 after a long battle with cancer.

The Ukrainian-American entrepreneur’s death was announced on Monday in a statement by the company.

A spokesperson said: “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky.

“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer.

“His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

Mr Radvinsky bought OnlyFans parent company, Fenix International, in 2018.

The site had been set up only two years earier British father and son duo Guy and Tim Stokely.

OnlyFans surged in popularity under Mr Radvinsky’s leadership, fuelled by the Covid-19 lockdowns as waves of creators and customers turned online.

In 2025, Mr Radvinksy received a record $701million in dividends from the company.
