KOCHI: An online consultation service for women in distress launched under the department of women and child welfare (WCD) in the district has been seeing registrations from women belonging to different sections of the society.
Under the Kathorthu programme, women can seek legal advice, counselling and police assistance by registering their basic details like contact address at the official website www.kathorthu.wcd.kerala.gov.in.
