One teenager charged after youths rampage in Dundee in 'distressing' scenes

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested and charged after this week’s “distressing” disorder in Dundee.

On Monday night, youths in the city’s Kirkton area were filmed lighting fires on roads, blocking their access, and forcing cars to take different routes.
