A person was rushed to hospital this morning following a multi-vehicle collision on a main road in Tameside.
Emergency services were scrambled to the Two Trees Lane junction of Stockport Road in Denton at around 6:50am this morning (Friday March 10). Police, ambulance, and fire crews were in attendance, with four vehicles understood to be involved in the crash.
Police confirmed that one driver was rushed to hospital, but no serious injuries were reported.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers were called to reports of a road traffic accident involving four vehicles on Stockport Road, Denton at approximately 6.50am this morning, Friday 10 March 2023.
"Colleagues from GMFRS and NWAS were also on scene. One of the drivers was taken to hospital but there were no serious injuries reported."
