NEW DELHI: The selection of Harshit Rana as a concussion substitution for Shivam Dube during the fourth Twenty20 International in Pune, according to legendary Indian batsman Sunil Gavaskar, was not like-for-like and detracted from the hosts' victory.
Harshit, who is mainly a pacer, took Dube's place after the all-rounder had a concussion while batting in the last over after Jamie Overton struck him on his helmet.
