The detached house is available to let on a long term contract but it will set you back £7,500 per month. With the weekly charge costing more than £1,500, the home boasts plenty of luxurious features.
For that much money, those renting the four bedroom house, on St Andrews Road, Blundellsands, will be able to get full access to the properties cinema, gym, swimming pool and walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms also benefit from en-suite bathrooms.

In the garden there's a fire pit and a bar and games room. The property is secluded behind a secure gate and had a driveway big enough for multiple cars.
According to Rentoo, the Liverpool region has an average rent of £789 per month, making it just 10% of the price of the St Andrews Road property rent. However, Blundellsands and Crosby as a whole has an average rent of £892, according to the rental website. Estimates suggest that the average three bedroom home in the area cost £1,107 per month.
However the difference between the average houses on offer and the luxurious St Andrews Road property is huge. Inside, images of the property on Rightmove show the house opens to an entrance hallway with glass doors and stairway.
On the ground floor there are plenty of family areas, with an open plan living room and kitchen/diner, as well as a utility room. From the kitchen there is access to the back garden, through bifold doors.
The swimming pool with shower room and changing area, steam room also overlook the garden through bifold doors. Estate agents listing the property, Clive Watkin, say there's a a "man cave" in the garden which features a bar and games room.
It's big enough to house a bar area, pool table and arcade games. They lead onto the grass lawn with a football net and fire pit.
On the first floor there are three of the four bedrooms and an impressive dressing room that spans the width of the house. It leads onto a bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. A laundry room can also be found on this level.
