Best Business Awards, presented by the Atmosphere Production Company, is not only a formal awards ceremony, but also a reflection of the economic developments in various countries and current business trends. This is a platform for discussing promising ideas and mutually beneficial networking.
Viktoria Kazarina, CEO & Founder of Kazarina Interiors and a member of the judging panel, put it in practical terms: "This year, the scale, the boldness in using modern technology, and the ability to cope with crisis situations stood out."
The organizer is known for selecting jury members through its own rigorous process, assessing independence, high levels of expertise, industry diversity, a desire to share experience, and the absence of conflicts of interest. This results in a strong and fair jury that evaluates candidates impartially.
In 2021, the panel of judges included such authoritative experts as Georgy Mogilevtsev, entrepreneur who created and managed the development of the Rosshtrafy mobile app (now the Carbox project); Valentin Kulikov, managing partner of the Blizhniy supermarket chain; Pavel Anokhin, entrepreneur and IT expert; David Gagloev, founder of ProvVue, Roman Lobashov, creative producer of the My Planet TV channel; Violetta Oren, model and TV presenter; Vladimir Tolstov, restaurateur; Anton Nayanzin and Kristina Liventseva, founders of A&K American Educational Consulting; Oleg Zabavin, serial entrepreneur; Alena Aleksandrova, editor-in-chief of Fresh magazine; Sergey Zakotsola, former CEO of Business Youth and CEO of Arcanum; Denis Maksimov, event producer and organizer of the Sochi Olympic awards ceremonies; Vladimr Gorbunov, founder of Workle, PayQR, Crypterium, and Choise; Natalia Ivanko, CEO of SamoDefense magazine; Ivan Andreev, stone master and author of several know-how; Rustam Fayziev, founder of Click; Dilya Dolinskaya, TV presenter and entrepreneur; and others.

In total, more than 2,000 applications from 34 countries were submitted to the competition. The award winners are determined based on a combination of criteria: financial success, innovation and technological progress, social activism and responsibility, leadership and management skills, international cooperation, and market development. This year, the nominees' handling of the challenges posed by the pandemic was also taken into account.
"For many businesses, the coronavirus has been a true test. Not all companies survived. However, those that did were able to make rapid progress and expand their market presence. Overall, qualities such as flexibility, the ability to leverage changing circumstances and to learn quickly are largely key to success today", says the award orginizer Iana Kutueva.
Also, the event demonstrated that outstanding entrepreneurs and professionals exist in different countries, and that businessmen from developing countries are growing rapidly and actively exploring new markets.
