In Legacy of Isla Nublar (which is arguably one of the best cooperative board games, by the way), you play through the events of the movies and new stories set in between to make your own version of the iconic dinosaur park. Along with keeping guests safe and stopping predators from chowing down on herbivores, you'll be erecting permanent structures on the board via stickers, leveling up your characters over each session, and creating new dinos of your own. Your choices matter here, and unlike most games in that vein, you can still play after you've finished thanks to a special end-game mode that uses your unique board.
I've been a fan of Jurassic Park since I was around knee-height, so this adaptation was always going to go down well with me. However, it does far more than entertain nostalgia. Developer Prospero Hall is well known for its exceptional production values, attention to detail, and clever design choices that'll keep you coming back. They're responsible for some of the best board games, after all, so are always worth paying attention to.
