A multi-vehicle crash on the Clydeside Expressway earlier this morning has resulted in one man being rushed to a Glasgow hospital.
A video shared to social media showed the after-math of the crash, with around six vehicles facing in various directions.
The crash happened on the A814 Clydeside Expressway at the slip road for the Clyde Tunnel at around 8.15am this morning. Police confirmed that several vehicles were involved and that one man had been taken to hospital for treatment.

The video received a number of comments of residents warning each other to avoid driving and blamed the crash on the icy, untreated roads.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 8.15am to a report of a crash involving several vehicles on the A814 Clydeside Expressway at the slip road for the Clyde Tunnel.

“One man has been taken to hospital for treatment and recovery is being arranged.”
