Homicide detectives are investigating after one man died and another was badly injured in Melbourne's east.
Emergency services responded to reports of a dispute at a property in Ormond about 1am on Sunday.
They found two badly injured men.
One of the men died at the scene and the other, aged 30, has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are now trying to find two other men who are believed to have fled the home.
Detectives spent the morning scouring the street outside the property, collecting evidence and photographing the area.
A gold sedan was seen parked outside the home and several items scattered across the street including suitcases and shoes.
