One killed and three other injured after spate of shootings on the Isle of Skye

One person has been killed, and three others have been injured during a series of incidents involving a firearm on the Isle of Skye.

Emergency services rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a woman, 32, being found seriously injured in Tarskavaig in the Scottish Highlands before 9am on Wednesday.

The woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
