One in five practitioners fail to assess intimate partner sexual violence, report shows

In a bid to help the recognition of intimate partner sexual violence, advocates for victims of family violence are urging people to have better conversations about sex – the good, the bad and the ugly.

Recognising when someone has been sexually assaulted by an intimate partner might seem straightforward, but it isn't, according to anti-family-violence advocates who say more needs to be done to support victims.
