A one-eyed cat was found under a car bonnet in Fife more than 150 miles from home.
Tabby cat Josie had gone missing from her home in Gateshead, near Newcastle, 10 days earlier before she was found under the smoking bonnet of garage worker Conor Crawford's car.
Conor had driven to work at the Mazda garage in Kirkcaldy on Saturday, October 1, when he noticed a burning smell coming from the car. When he opened his bonnet to check the engine, the petrified moggy leaped out.
