Once-in-a-generation call for sexual assault justice

Sexual assault victims would have their own legal representation under a justice system shake-up amid concerns the status quo is too costly and not fit for purpose.

Changes to the way police investigate sexual assault and better supports for victims are also expected to be among recommendations from an Australian Law Reform Commission inquiry.
